Nose of ripe pear, white peach, white flowers, and candied lemon peel. Palate is rich with bright baked apple, mango, grated ginger, and fresh tarragon. Finishes sweet with a balancing acid and pleasing weight. Its weight and riper flavors lends itself to unique uses.
Our 2024 vintage was made with a blend of Cabernet Franc and Blaufrankisch grapes and was pressed on October 31st, 2024.
